JMDecalWorld provides custom-made decals and personalized products. All purchases are subject to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies listed on our store.
2. Custom Orders
• All custom products are made to order.
• Customers are responsible for submitting accurate designs, text, and specifications.
• Final design approval is the responsibility of the customer.
• JMDecalWorld is not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including spelling, layout, or color choices.
• Minor variations in color, size, or placement may occur and are considered normal.
3. Ownership & Intellectual Property
By submitting any design, logo, image, or text, you confirm that:
• You own the rights to the submitted material or
• You have legal permission or licensing to use it.
JMDecalWorld does not verify ownership of customer-submitted designs and assumes no liability for intellectual property disputes.
4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JMDecalWorld, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from:
• Intellectual property infringement
• Use of customer-submitted designs
• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
5. Pricing & Payment
• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
• Full payment is required before production begins.
• Prices are subject to change without notice
6. Production & Shipping
• Custom items require 1–3 weeks for production after payment and final approval.
• Orders ship within 3–5 business days once production is complete.
• Shipping and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• JMDecalWorld is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Final Sale Policy
• All custom items are FINAL SALE.
• No returns, exchanges, or refunds are offered on custom orders.
• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. JMDecalWorld is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
9. Right to Refuse Service
JMDecalWorld reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that:
• Violates intellectual property laws
• Contains illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Conflicts with our brand standards
10. Limitation of Liability
JMDecalWorld shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the order.
