All custom items are made to order. By placing a custom order with JMDecalWorld, you acknowledge and agree to the following timelines and conditions:
Production Time
- Custom items require 1–3 weeks for production.
- Production time begins after final design approval and payment is received.
- Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on order volume, material availability, or production complexity.
Shipping Time
- Once production is complete, orders ship within 3–5 business days.
- Shipping times begin once the package has been handed off to the carrier.
- JMDecalWorld is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Status & Updates
- You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Rush Orders
- Rush production may be available upon request and approval.
- Additional fees may apply.
- Rush timelines are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- JMDecalWorld is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
No Cancellations After Production Begins
- Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Delivery Estimates
- Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Delays do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.
