At JMDecalWorld, we take pride in creating high-quality custom products. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Custom Orders – Final Sale
• All custom and personalized items are FINAL SALE.
• Due to the custom nature of these products, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.
• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.
2. Non-Custom (Ready-to-Ship) Items
If applicable:
• Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
• You must contact JMDecalWorld within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
• If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
4. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or part of your order is missing:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will correct the issue once verified.
5. Shipping Issues
• JMDecalWorld is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refunds.
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
6. Refund Processing
• Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to process once approved.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting JMDecalWorld to resolve the issue may result in account restrictions or refusal of future orders.
8. Policy Acceptance
