At JMDECALWORLD, we are committed to producing high-quality prints. To ensure the best results, customers must submit artwork that meets the following requirements.
Design File Requirements

Resolution: All files must be a minimum of 300 DPI (dots per inch) at final print size.

Sizing: Artwork must be submitted at the exact size you want it printed. We do not resize or adjust dimensions unless specifically requested.

File Formats: Preferred formats include PNG (transparent background), SVG, PDF, AI, or EPS.

Color Mode: Recommended RGB or CMYK (colors may vary slightly when printed).

Backgrounds: If a transparent background is required, files must be submitted with transparency (PNG or vector format).
Customer Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring their files meet all resolution, sizing, and quality requirements prior to submission.

JMDECALWORLD does not check, edit, or correct DPI, sizing, or image quality unless a separate design service has been purchased.

Low-resolution files may result in blurry, pixelated, or poor-quality prints, and this will not qualify for a refund or reprint.
File Adjustments & Edits

Any requested edits (resizing, background removal, quality enhancement, etc.) must be communicated before production and may incur an additional fee.

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

Low-resolution images

Incorrect sizing

Poor file quality

Compression artifacts

Approval & Production

By submitting your design, you acknowledge that your file is print-ready.

Once production begins, no changes can be made to the design.
No Refund Policy on File Quality Issues

JMDECALWORLD is not responsible for print defects resulting from customer-submitted files that do not meet the required standards.

No refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be issued due to low-quality artwork.
