ARTWORK:
Once ordered, please email your artwork to [email protected].  Please put the order # as the subject and the artwork name in the body so we can match it up. All artwork must be in high resolution vector format (we use Corel Draw). For best results, send it in a .AI, .EPS, CDR, PDF. 

The flag color is also printed so please keep that in mind when sending your artwork, because we can’t adjust any TIFF, JPG, BMP or PNG files if they come across with a background that is a different color than what you want your flag color to be.

If we need to adjust the art sent, additional time and costs will be required but we can only do slight changes. If you have just a PNG File, it must be 300 dpi with a transparent background, anything less than 300 dpi may come out distorted.

Orders placed during the week up until Friday at 8 PM ( PT ) will be submitted Friday Night.

Order Example: Order placed on a Tuesday, will be processed on Friday Night.

PLEASE ALLOW APPROXIMATELY 2-3 WEEKS FOR PROCESSING, EXCLUDING SHIPPING.

When shipment is received a email stating your flags are in and are ready for shipping.

Also, customers can arrange for pick up in Stockton, California if preferred.
